PACT Clinician
Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
(Mobile position in the communities surrounding Bedford, MA)
Salary: $65,000 annually for license-eligible clinicians
Higher rates for licensed & independently licensed Clinicians
Schedule: M-F 8:30-4:30 / with one weekend day shift per month
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required
- At least one year of behavioral health experience required; two years preferred
- Experience working with adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and/or complex behavioral health needs preferred
- Community-based experience preferred
- Clinical licensure or license eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
What You Will Do:
As a PACT Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing recovery-oriented, person-centered mental health services to adults with serious mental illness and complex behavioral health needs. Most services are provided in individuals’ homes and throughout the community.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting clinical assessments and providing individual and group interventions
- Developing individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans
- Providing crisis intervention, assertive outreach, and support to help prevent hospitalization when clinically appropriate
- Helping individuals build skills and independence with housing, appointments, budgeting, transportation, relationships, and daily living
- Supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs
- Coordinating care with the PACT team, hospitals, community providers, and natural supports
- Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participating in daily team meetings, shared caseload responsibilities, and on-call and holiday coverage rotations
