Clinician Relations & Standards Manager

We're looking for a highly credible and commercially minded Clinician Relations & Standards Manager to join our growing team.

This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of workforce management, clinician engagement, governance and operational improvement. Working closely with our stakeholders and self-employed clinicians across the business, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our self-employed clinician workforce, managing complex cases and helping to continuously improve the processes, frameworks and controls that support our services.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in an evolving area of the business. You'll have the chance to influence how clinician standards are managed, shape best practice and contribute to the ongoing development of a high-quality clinician workforce.

You'll be someone who enjoys building strong relationships, navigating sensitive situations and driving improvements through a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

This primarily home-based role requires occasional travel to our head office in London for meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first escalation point for clinician standards, conduct and relationship matters.
  • Manage complex investigations, complaints, disputes and escalations, making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Monitor clinician performance, professionalism, contractual compliance and workforce risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
  • Analyse workforce data, identify trends and provide insight to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting and audit-ready documentation.
  • Partner with operational, clinical and people teams to ensure consistent workforce standards.
  • Gather clinician feedback and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement across clinician relations, governance and workforce management processes.
  • Support KPI monitoring and performance improvement activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
