Senior Make-Up Artist – Prestige Beauty Retail
We’re looking for a highly skilled make-up artist who combines creative passion, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset to elevate our in-store experience. About the Role
As part of our high-performing beauty team, you’ll:
- Create inspiring, personalized in-store experiences for customers, blending creativity with technical skill
- Educate and delight customers with expert make-up techniques, recommendations, and techniques tailored to their needs
- Impress with visual merchandising—ensuring our stores stand out with impeccable presentation and professional setups
- Contribute to impactful in-store events (e.g., launches, demos, seasonal campaigns)
- Foster a welcoming and aspirational atmosphere that reflects our prestige beauty ethos

** Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Engage confidently with customers to provide authentic, personalized look consultations
- Demustrate product expertise: Stay updated on leading beauty trends and effectively showcase how our products can enhance customers’ beauty journeys
- Suppplement team success: Work collaboratively in a high-energy environment, contributing to outstanding in-store performance and events
- Excel in visual merchandising: Ensure all services and product displays meet the brand’s standards for elegance, professionalism, and inspiration
- Adapt and thrive: Able to maintain a dynamic, cheerful, and energetic approach across days, nights, weekends, and special events
Requirements
To be considered, applicants should have:
- A portfolio or evidence of experience in make-up artistry (professional, retail, or even amateur but high-quality work will be considered)
- Strong retail service skills with the ability to educate and inspire customers in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Experience with retail POS systems (an advantage—but not essential if you can learn efficiently)
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and events
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm for beauty and customer engagement
- Proven track record in delivering customers service that drives satisfaction and repeat visits
