Make-Up Artist (In-Store)
About the Role
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise—alongside a passion for helping people—to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience. Your role will educate and delight customers, ensuring they feel inspired to shop with us.
You’ll also thrive working as part of a high-performing team to drive impact through in-store events, while maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising—helping us to stand out against competitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply creative and technical make-up artistry to elevate the in-store shopping experience
- Provide personalised, inspirational product advice to enhance customers’ confidence
- Collaborate with the team to host engaging in-store events that drive footfall and sales
- Kontinue to train and upskill to maintain expertise across new product launches and trends
- Ensure esthetically pleasing merchandising in alignment with our brand identity
- Assist with retail operations, including stock management, sales, and customer service

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Preferred:
- Certification or significant experience in make-up artistry
- Retail or professional make-up application experience (preferably in beauty)
- Acceptable (with strong passion & ability):
- Self-taught or amateur-level make-up skills, demonstrated through a high level of creativity and technical capability
- Must demonstrate ability to deliver:
- Authentic, personalised customer service that creates lasting connections
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, visually driven retail environment

Professional Requirements
- Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and special events
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with retail POS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under live customer pressure
