Make-up Artist – Professional Beauty Retailer

Responsibilities

Client Experience & Services

  • Perform particularised consultations, expertly applying makeup to enhance each customer’s natural beauty.
  • Educate guests in techniques and trends, fostering lasting loyalty to our brand.
  • Deliver flawless execution of sponsor/prestige product application sessions.
  • Support store workflows to ensure a smooth and inviting customer journey.

Team Collaboration & Events

  • Contribute to high-impact promotions, launches, or in-store workshops alongside store colleagues.
  • Maintain pristine presentation standards—updating displays, product showcase, and client areas daily.
  • Adhere to quick-paced retail schedules, including ** evenings, weekends, night shifts**, and weekdays.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Certification, apprenticeship, or extensive experience in make-up artistry—or a track record of proficiency in application (creative expertise preferred, but apprentices welcome).
  • Ability to build durable customer relationships and deliver authentic service with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Bachelor of fast-paced retail hours—including evenings, weekends, nights, and on-sale promotions.
  • Proficiency with retail pos systems and familiarity with stock/assortment management.

Legal Compliance

  • If shortlisted, must provide right-to-work documentation for our country of operation.
