The Role
You'll cut and publish short-form clips (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X) from boxers.io source content. Your goal is simple: make clips people can't scroll past.

What You'll Do
- Edit engaging short clips (15-60 seconds) from long-form footage
- Write strong hooks, captions, and on-screen text
- Add subtitles, sound design, and pacing that hold attention
- Post consistently across platforms and follow trends in boxing and combat sports content
- Track your views and report performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience editing short-form video (portfolio or links to past clips required)
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- A strong sense of virality: hooks, retention, and storytelling
- Knowledge of boxing and combat sports culture is a big plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to hit deadlines independently
Compensation
- $200 for every 1,000,000 views your clips generate
- Paid out on verified views (tracked via platform analytics)
- No cap: the more your clips perform, the more you earn
- Payouts issued [weekly / bi-weekly / monthly] via [PayPal / Wise / bank transfer]
