Job Description
The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Contract Administrator role will act as the primary business owner of the CLM platform, responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement. This role will ensure compliance with Contract Management processes and the Amcor Commercial Contract Guide, maintain an accurate and auditable contract repository, design and maintain CLM workflows, approval flows, dashboards, KPIs, along with develop AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operation.
Accountabilities
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform, acting as the primary business owner.
- Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows, including intake forms, contract workflows, approval flows, and escalation paths aligned with business requirements and risk thresholds.
- Configure and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into contract status, risk exposure, cycle times, and obligations.
- Coordinate user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for the Contract Management tools.

Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-enabled playbooks, clause guidance, and fallback positions in collaboration with Commercial Operations and Legal.
- Implement and manage obligation tracking, alerts, and post-signature compliance monitoring within the CLM system.

Maintain an accurate, complete, and auditable contract repository and database
- Support compliance with Contract Management process for GRPS contracts

Act as the first point of contact for CLM system issues, enhancements, and change requests, coordinating with IT and vendors as needed.
- Support continuous improvement projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Formal Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in law, IT or relevant experience.
- Experience administering or working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; hands-on experience configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, or reports is strongly preferred.
- Comfort working with structured processes, risk frameworks, and technology-enabled business solutions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems (SAP and/or Oracle experience is preferred).
- Experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC highly valuable.

- Organized individual with capability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and commitment to data accuracy.
Other information
GRPS is running an implementation of a modern, global CLM platform (Ironclad) which enables a significant expansion of contract management capabilities beyond tool consolidation. These include advanced reporting and analytics, integrated obligation tracking to proactively identify and address commercial leakage, AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance, risk-based workflows, and enhanced post-signature compliance monitoring. While these capabilities materially strengthen governance, visibility, and value realization, they also introduce an ongoing operational workload that cannot be absorbed within the current resourcing model. To ensure these new capabilities are effectively implemented, governed, and scaled this role has become essential to the success of the project.
