An institutional credit manager is seeking to hire an Associate into its CLO Operations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an operations professional with 3+ years' experience in CLOs or structured credit to join a growing platform managing over $10bn across securitised, total return and opportunistic credit strategies.
Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders and external service providers, you will play a key role in supporting the operational management of multiple CLOs across their full lifecycle, from warehouse stage through to closing and ongoing administration. The role offers broad exposure across trade support, reconciliations, cash management, trustee reporting and CLO compliance within a collaborative, high-performing investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks with fund administrators, collateral administrators and other service providers.
- Book trades and maintain accurate cash and position records across CLO portfolios.
- Coordinate loan settlements with loan closers and ensure warehouse credit facilities are available to facilitate timely funding.
- Support the operational management of CLOs throughout their lifecycle, from warehouse stage through to pricing and closing.
- Monitor CLO compliance tests and portfolio metrics, ensuring vehicles remain compliant with Offering Circular requirements.
- Maintain accurate fund, loan and bond-level data across internal systems.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly trustee reporting, including validating trustee calculations and reconciling CLO waterfall payments.
- Produce internal reporting and performance analysis for senior management, board meetings and marketing materials.
- Act as a key point of contact for counterparties, fund administrators, leverage providers and other external stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years' experience within CLO operations, structured credit operations or a related middle office function.
- Good understanding of CLO structures, warehouse facilities, trustee reporting, waterfall calculations and compliance testing.
- Experience performing reconciliations, trade support and cash management within a credit investment environment.
- Experience with Geneva, WSO or similar investment operations platforms would be advantageous.
