Our client is a leading global credit manager and they are looking to add a talented Associate/Senior Associate to their European CLO team as we approach 2027.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-calibre non investment team developing expertise and contributing to all areas of CLO management, with a clear path to move into a front office role. You'll gain exposure to the full CLO lifecycle, from warehouse to close and beyond, while working closely with portfolio managers, trading, research, legal, and the wider credit platform.
The role
- Oversee leveraged loan settlement and day-to-day lifecycle events, including interest, repayments, drawdowns and amendments
- Reconciling positions and cash across internal systems and service providers
- Monitoring cash flows and ensuring compliance with deal documentation
- Supporting the onboarding of new CLOs and warehouses
- Managing relationships with administrators, trustees and other service providers
- Maintaining robust controls, processes and data standards
- Identifying operational risks and supporting process improvement and automation
- Contributing to wider team and firm-wide projects

What we're looking for

- 1–5 years experience in CLO/loan operations, or loan closing, trade support, or similar gained at a hedge fund, bank desk or asset manager
- Strong working knowledge of loan settlement and agency processes
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to spotting risk
- Ambition to develop towards a front office career
