Our client, a global leader in alternative credit managing with teams across both Europe and the US, is looking to recruit a Senior Associate or Vice President into its CLO and alternative credit Product team. The team is responsible for product positioning and strategy, marketing materials and collaboration with investor relations across a platform spanning credit strategies, with a particular focus on CLOs. This is a highly dynamic seat in a fast-paced environment, offering significant potential for growth, exposure and the ability to make a direct impact on the wider business.

You will be involved in:

  • Taking dedicated oversight of a specific product vertical across the platform
  • Reviewing marketing materials (marketing decks, PPMs and annual meeting materials) and investor requests
  • Supporting the sales team in fundraising efforts, including attending existing and prospective LP meetings and calls
  • Responding to ad-hoc investor requests and coordinating social and educational investor events
  • Generating thought pieces and collateral to strengthen the firm's reputation as a thought leader, liaising across portfolio management, analytics, finance, legal, compliance and operations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
