Your Role
Alter Domus are currently seeking a new CLO Manager to join our Credit and Structured Products team in our London office.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and take ownership of a team responsible for reconciliations and the production of customized daily and monthly reporting packages delivered to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external counterparties, including CLO trustees and collateral managers, for data tie-outs, monthly compliance reporting, and waterfall reconciliation.
- Manage end-to-end CLO lifecycle events, ensuring all deliverables are executed accurately and within established timelines.
- Partner with clients to establish clear expectations, ensuring the team maintains full awareness of all daily and monthly deliverables and service commitments.
- Oversee a team of officers and senior officers, taking direct responsibility for onboarding, training, and the ongoing professional development of team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements, driving solutions through to successful delivery and embedding best practices across the team.
- Develop and champion a "big-picture" understanding of daily portfolio reporting workflows, internal system infrastructure, and end-to-end client delivery models.
- Ensure all timeframes and deliverables are met in accordance with agreed client and trustee Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute tasks effectively while maintaining a high standard of client service.
- Apply expertise and knowledge of market conventions and industry best practices to the management of transactions and data flows.
- Contribute to the development of leadership capabilities by actively participating in strategic business initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders — including Billing, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Audit teams — to support and drive broader organizational goals.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash and position reconciliations, asset set-ups, and data tie-outs as required to ensure client deliverables are fulfilled in accordance with agreed SLAs.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred; advanced degree or relevant professional certification a plus
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience within a business or financial services environment
- Demonstrated experience in loan operations, credit and/or debt funds, and CLO markets.
- Proven track record of mentoring team members, managing workloads, and delivering structured training programs to support staff development.
- Strong ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve complex operational issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — responsive, professional, approachable, and highly organized across both written and verbal channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and maintain complex reporting models and data workflows
- Broad market knowledge with hands-on familiarity with Bloomberg, performance management systems, and other financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency within a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment
- Comfortable and effective operating within a deadline-driven setting, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising quality or timeliness.
