CLO Operations Opportunity in London
A growing investment manager is seeking individuals with strong CLO operations experience.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role covering the full CLO lifecycle, from warehouse set-up and onboarding through to ongoing operations and quarterly payment dates.
Key Responsibilities
- New warehouse and CLO launches, from set-up through to execution
- Working closely with the investment team around portfolio activity, compliance, and cash flows
- CLO calculations, payment waterfalls, and deal documentation
- Monitoring positions and cash across internal and external systems
- Working directly with trustees, administrators, and other counterparties
- Getting into the detail when something doesn’t look right and finding the answer in the documentation
- Improving processes, controls, and data as the platform continues to grow
- Supporting new initiatives and product development across the Liquid Credit business

They are looking for someone with 4+ years’ experience in CLOs, ideally from a buy-side operations or administrator/servicer background.
- A good understanding of the CLO lifecycle
- Comfortable getting into the detail around documentation, calculations, and cash flows
