A leading Investment Bank is seeking a CLO Structurer to join their team in London.

Overall Purpose:

The CLO team specialises in arranging primary CLO transactions and financing private debt platforms. The role will focus on both origination and deal structuring/execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of CLO execution: Legal documentation review, cashflow modelling, managing interaction with rating agencies, external law firms and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the marketing of CLO transactions by organising investor roadshows, leading investor meetings and negotiating documentation stops.
  • Contribute to the origination efforts by building and managing long term relationships with CLO managers and investors together with other team members, senior bankers, and sales.
  • Represent the business in roadshows and conferences.
  • Contribute to sourcing, arranging and syndicating senior financing facilities backed by private debt or broadly syndicated loans.
  • Term sheets, presentations, models and other materials required for the preparation and execution of transactions.
  • Cash flow models.
  • Reports on specific securitisation topics.

Job Requirements:

  • Working practice in a structuring role or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Credit and CLOs in particular.
  • Strong modelling and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel, VBA, Intex and Bloomberg skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
  • FCA Certification.
