First Class Executive Security
First Class Executive Security is a senior-led close protection firm, Lincolnshire-based and working UK-wide.
Work comes task by task rather than as a rota, and we subcontract to people we know. This is how good officers get known to us before a task needs them. If you are good, we would like to know you exist.
What the work is
Contract and ad hoc, UK-wide: close protection, security driving and residential security for private clients, families and principals visiting Britain, rather than corporate details.
No officer is armed, anywhere. Overseas work goes to locally licensed partners.
What we look for
Most ads list the licence, the first aid and the driving. Those are the door, not the job.
The rest is harder to certify. Can you spend nine hours somewhere and be remembered by nobody? Can you talk to a principal’s fourteen-year-old without it being awkward? Can you tell a client something they do not want to hear, once and calmly, then do it their way if they overrule you? Can you make a decision when the plan has stopped working and there is nobody to ask?

Requirements
- A current SIA Close Protection licence, checkable on the public register
- Willing to be screened to BS 7858. It takes weeks, and we do not shortcut it
- Current first aid
- A full UK driving licence. Advanced or protective driving qualifications are noticed
- Discretion that needs no explaining: no client names on a CV and no photographs on task, ever
Particularly welcome
- Female close protection officers. Demand has outstripped supply for years, and the route in is still mostly who you know
- Security drivers as a discipline in their own right, not CP officers who happen to drive
- Officers with real residential and family experience

What we will not ask of you
- To work a task you have not been briefed on.
- To stand in for a discipline you are not trained for and call it flexibility.
- Or to spend three days being visibly unnecessary because a client was sold more than they needed.
Recommending less when less is right is what this firm is built on, and that goes for how we use people as much as how we quote.
