Crisis24 is seeking a dedicated Close Protection Operative to join our security team in London

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for experienced Close Protection professionals with a strong security background who are ready to bring their skills into a high-profile security environment. This mainly London-based role requires individuals who are:
- Calm under pressure and composed in crisis
- Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times
- Effective communicators with high situational awareness
What You Will Work On
As a Close Protection Operative at Crisis24, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical protection and a secure presence for high-end clients and assets
- Conducting advanced site assessments and planning secure routes
- Acting as a first responder in emergencies and critical situations
- Monitoring and reporting on any suspicious or unusual activity
- Ensuring compliance with security protocols and Crisis 24 standards
- Supporting secure transportation logistics, including driving duties where necessary
- Maintaining a high level of readiness and professionalism at all times

Who You Will Work With
You will work alongside a highly trained team of security professionals within Crisis24’s corporate security unit. You’ll also liaise closely with:
- Executive and administrative teams
- Security leadership
- External partners and local law enforcement (when needed)
Your role is part of a collaborative environment where clear communication and mutual support are vital for success.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in high-end Executive Protection, residential security, or similar protective services
- Exceptional situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
- Valid SIA Close Protection License
- Valid First Aid/Trauma Medical Certification (FPOS I or Frec 3)
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanour
- Good literacy and IT skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in executive protection
- Previous experience in residential security
- Military, law enforcement, or specialized security training background
- Good London knowledge
