OVERVIEW

We're building the world's best company for growing technology companies with video content. Tech companies are great at building product and bad at showing anyone why it matters. We fix that with video content.

It's working. We've more than doubled year over year, and we're on pace to double again this year. Inbound keeps climbing.

But the founder is still closing a big chunk of them himself, and more good leads come in than he can get to. Deals sit. Momentum leaks. What's slowing us down isn't demand, but his calendar.

That's why we need you. You take the calls, write the proposals, run the follow-up, and close. Marketing feeds you the pipeline. You turn it into revenue. The system works. Now we need a killer closer to run the show.

WHAT WE SELL

Video that moves metrics for tech companies. Three things, high level:

  • Launches — the video campaign behind a product launch. This is our core offer and the reason most people find us.
  • Customer testimonials — real customers on camera explaining why the product works. Proof, not praise.
  • Educational video — explainers, tutorials, and onboarding content that help companies activate users and shorten sales cycles.

On top of that: retainers for teams that need content shipping continuously, and upsells that grow the account.

WHY THIS IS A GREAT SEAT

You talk to the smartest people in tech, all day. Our clients are founders and marketing leaders at companies building real technology - consumer apps, dev tools, infrastructure, AI foundation models. These are people who ship hard things and think clearly about growth. You will spend your working hours on 30-minute calls with them, asking how their business actually works. Most salespeople never get access like this.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will learn faster here than anywhere else. Every discovery call is a free lesson in positioning, go-to-market, and how modern software companies grow. You will absorb more about tech marketing in six months than most people do in three years. We will hand you the playlists, the docs, and the call recordings to get there faster.

The tide is going up. We have more than doubled year over year, and we are on track to double again by end of year. Inbound is climbing, the offer is sharper than it has ever been, and you get to be the person who converts that momentum. Early enough to shape how sales works here. Late enough that the demand already exists.

You will not be handed a broken funnel and told to hustle. The process is documented and it works: a 30-minute discovery call, a proposal within 24 hours, a walkthrough for bigger deals, then contract and invoice.

WHAT YOU OWN

An appointment lands on your calendar. From that moment, the deal is yours.

  • Pre-call nurture — warm them up before you meet
  • Discovery — 30 minutes to find the real problem, not to pitch the menu
  • Proposal — out the door within 24 hours, every time
  • Walkthrough calls — for high-value deals
  • Follow-up — continuous, value-driven, until it closes or truly dies
  • The full stack — core offer, retainer, upsells
  • Clean handoff — the producer team starts with full context, zero re-discovery

Not your job: lead gen, cold appointment setting, marketing campaigns. Someone else owns the top of the funnel.

WHO IS IT FOR

You have closed B2B deals at $5,000+. No B2C. No course sales.

You run full cycle (discovery, proposal, close) without someone holding your hand.

You write well. Most of the deal happens over email after the call.

You are technical enough to keep up with founders, and curious enough to ask the dumb question that turns out to be the smart one.

You are a self-starter who sharpens your own blade. You build your own tools, templates, and systems. You don't ask for a support cast to do your job.

You know your pipeline by heart. If someone asks where a deal is, you answer from memory, who they are, what they want, and why they're stuck.

Video and creative industry knowledge is nice to have. We can teach the category. We cannot teach you how to sell.
