High Ticket Closer — Marketing Services Company

We're hiring a High Ticket Closer for a fast-growing marketing/agency services company. This is a fully remote, commission-heavy sales role for someone who thrives on the phone and wants to be paid for performance.
What you'll do:
- Run booked sales calls with warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold prospecting)
- Close high-ticket marketing/agency service packages
- Follow a proven sales process and script while adapting to each prospect
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals same-call
- Log every call and update CRM notes accurately and on time
- Hit and exceed monthly closing quotas

What we're looking for:
- 6 months–1 year of high-ticket / phone sales closing experience (marketing, coaching, agency, or SaaS space preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting quota or strong individual results
- Confident, coachable, and comfortable with a fast-paced remote sales environment
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Reliable internet/equipment for remote calls

Compensation:
- Commission-based, OTE ~$25K+ (uncapped, based on performance)
