About Us
We are a capital advisory firm that helps companies raise debt and equity from institutional investors across the Gulf and internationally. Our outbound engine already books qualified founder and CFO calls - we need a closer who converts them.
Role Description
This is a pure closing seat. You do not prospect and you do not cold call. Qualified, pre-screened prospects land on your calendar. Your job is two calls per prospect, run tightly:
- Discovery call (30 min): run the diagnostic, deliver our positioning, and book the proposal call before the line goes dead.
- Proposal call (45 min): walk them through a prepared proposal, set commercial terms, and close the engagement.
Our offer is strong and easy to stand behind: the engagement fee is refundable if we don't deliver qualified investor meetings. You are closing with risk-reversal on your side, not fighting uphill.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
What we need from you:
- Proven high-ticket closing experience: consistently closing deals of USD/EUR 10k+ (advisory, consulting, agency, financial services, or premium B2B services)
- You can state your own numbers without hedging: show rate, close rate, average deal size, cycle length
- Native or fully fluent English, excellent phone/video presence - our prospects are founders and CFOs raising millions
- Comfortable on Zoom/Google Meet, recorded calls (we coach off tape), and living in a CRM
- Disciplined follow-up: you book the next call on the current call, every time, and you log every outcome
- Financial services, capital raising, or GCC/Gulf market exposure is a strong plus, not a requirement
