Job Title: Closing Team Leader (Sales)

Project: The Edge (Luxury Residential)

Location: South Mumbai

Role Overview

The Closing Team Leader will be responsible for driving high-value deal closures for a premium luxury residential project. This role requires strong client handling, negotiation expertise, and the ability to lead a team in converting qualified leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of closing managers / sales executives
  • Drive end-to-end deal closures for luxury residential units
  • Handle HNIs / UHNI clients with a consultative sales approach
  • Ensure site visits, presentations, and negotiations are effectively executed
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion ratios
  • Work closely with CRM, marketing, and channel partners for lead flow
  • Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, legal, and financial processes during closure

  • 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury preferred)
  • Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Experience handling South Mumbai or premium micro-markets is preferred
  • Presentable, polished, and client-facing personality
