We're recruiting for an experienced Garment Technologist to join a well-established apparel business based in West London.
Working closely with the Technical Manager and wider Supply Chain team, you'll play a key role in managing the technical process from development through to bulk production, ensuring high standards of fit, quality and consistency across ladieswear and menswear products.
The Role
- Manage the sealing process from development through to pre-shipment approval.
- Measure and assess samples for fit sessions and development reviews.
- Prepare and maintain technical packs, specifications and measurement workbooks.
- Write clear and accurate sealing comments.
- Work closely with Production, Product Development, suppliers and factories to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Carry out quality control inspections and support Gold Seal approvals.
- Ensure garments meet approved fit, quality, packaging and labelling standards.
- Maintain accurate technical records and support critical path deadlines.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
- Occasional travel to UK and overseas factories may be required.

About You
You'll have:
- Previous experience as a Garment Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit and quality control.
- Experience working with technical packs and the garment sealing process.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience within tailoring, uniforms or workwear would be beneficial but isn't essential.
