Garment Technologist – Womenswear
We’ve partnered with an exciting and fast-growing fashion brand to recruit an experienced Garment Technologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional fit, quality, and product excellence across RTW/Soft Wovens categories.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong professional to play a pivotal role in the product development process, taking ownership from design handover through to sealed samples. Working closely with designers and senior creative stakeholders, you'll ensure garments meet the highest standards of construction, fit, and finish while balancing creative vision with commercial production requirements.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in garment technology within the fashion industry, with strong expertise in garment construction, fittings, tech packs, BOMs, and quality assurance. You'll be confident leading fittings, providing clear technical guidance, collaborating with factories, and solving complex construction challenges throughout the development cycle. Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
