Giacom are the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing all through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.
We're looking for an experienced Azure leader to take ownership of our Cloud & AI Platforms Practice team and to shape the future of Microsoft's cloud technologies across our partner ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure with strong commercial awareness and proven leadership capability. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Cloud & AI specialists, driving growth across our Azure portfolio, influencing go-to-market strategy, and becoming a recognised voice both internally and externally within the Microsoft channel.
If you're currently working as a Cloud Solution Architect, Azure Practice Lead, Presales Manager, Technical Consultant Leader, or a similar Azure-focused role and are ready to take the next step into a high-impact leadership position, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of Cloud & AI specialists and presales professionals.
- Own the Azure practice, bringing together technical expertise and commercial strategy into a single high-performing function.
- Drive adoption and growth across Azure services within our partner community.
- Work closely with Microsoft and key strategic partners to maximise opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Shape and execute go-to-market plans alongside Product, Sales, Marketing and Alliance teams.
- Support complex opportunities by providing technical guidance, solution direction and commercial insight.
- Build business cases, estimates and growth plans for Azure opportunities.
- Represent Giacom at customer, partner and industry events as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor performance against key growth, pipeline and revenue objectives.

Your Experience & Qualifications
- Strong demonstrable experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Azure.
- Deep understanding of Azure architecture, governance and best practices.
- Experience across Azure core services including compute, networking, storage, identity and security.
- Knowledge of Azure AI, Data & Analytics, Modern Infrastructure and cloud-native services.
- Commercial acumen, including Azure consumption models, profitability and growth planning.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing technical and/or commercial teams.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, Microsoft representatives and partner organisations.
- A passion for technology combined with the charisma to influence and inspire others.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-700 or AZ-800.
