Cloud Applications & Integration Analyst

As Cloud Applications & Integration Analyst, you'll take ownership of the security, integration and supportability of the growing portfolio of cloud applications used across the Estate, including Pye Homes. Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll lead on AI connectivity, information governance and our n8n integration platform, while acting as the first point of contact for colleagues who want help solving a problem with AI, automation or an existing cloud application. It's a role at the heart of how we adopt technology responsibly and support the wider business to get real value from the tools we use.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that's okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.

  • Demonstrable experience administering business cloud (SaaS) applications, including user management, authentication and configuration
  • Demonstrable competency in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, with an understanding of the information governance obligations behind them
  • Practical experience administering enterprise AI tooling from more than one vendor (for example Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini or ChatGPT) and the agents built on them, including licensing, permissions and data access control
  • The ability to identify practical, proportionate uses of AI and automation, and the judgement to know when technology isn't the right answer
  • Practical experience building and supporting integrations or automations between systems, whether through a platform such as n8n or Power Automate, or directly through APIs
  • A working understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods (SSO, OAuth, MFA) and data pipelines
  • Understanding of data protection obligations as they apply to cloud applications holding personal data
  • Evidence of documenting systems, integrations and processes to a standard others can rely on
  • A thoughtful approach to technical and data risk, with the ability to explain technical options clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • An understanding of why change control matters, with experience working within a change process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging both business users and suppliers
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as demonstrating initiative when working alone
  • Honesty, reliability and commitment
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly
  • A genuine interest in helping colleagues solve problems, with patience in explaining technical options to non-technical people
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including event/weekend working and some out-of-hours work to minimise impact on the business for key system updates
  • High customer service awareness
  • A positive, can-do attitude

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
