We're Hiring – Cloud & Platform Roles
Contract Roles: 12M (Extension possible) | Remote
Diatom Technologies is hiring for two roles supporting a large regulated financial services organisation's AWS platform.
1️⃣ Cloud Platform Architect
Location: South Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) | Remote for UK-based candidates (occasional travel to Dublin if client requires)
Rate: €500–550/day, inside IR35
- 10–15+ years in architecture & engineering roles
- Expert-level AWS architectural knowledge
- Deep understanding of cloud security, identity, encryption, compliance
- Strong experience designing multi-account control frameworks
- Strong FinOps and cost modelling capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Desirable: AWS SA Pro, AWS Security Specialty, regulated-sector experience

2️⃣ ROSA Administrator (Red Hat OpenShift on AWS)
Location: South Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) | Remote for UK-based candidates (occasional travel to Dublin if client requires)
Rate: €500–550/day, inside IR35
- 5+ years Linux/cloud infrastructure administration
- 3+ years hands-on Kubernetes/OpenShift administration
- 2+ years AWS cloud experience
- Hands-on ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) experience
- Strong AWS administration experience, including networking and IAM
- Experience with OpenShift CLI (oc) and Kubernetes CLI (kubectl)
- Strong Linux/RHEL administration skills
- Experience troubleshooting containerised applications
- Knowledge of OpenShift RBAC, networking, storage, and security
- Experience with monitoring and logging in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Desirable: RHCSA, RHCE, CKA, AWS SA/SysOps certifications
