Hybrid Working
80% Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace | 20% Microsoft Azure
Are you a Microsoft 365 Project Implementation Engineer or Technical Consultant looking for the next step in your career, with the opportunity to broaden your Azure skills at the same time?
I'm working with a leading Microsoft-focused IT Solutions Provider / MSP that's continuing to invest heavily in its Cloud Practice and is looking for a talented Microsoft 365 / Azure Consultant.
This is predominantly a Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace role (around 80%), covering migrations, Intune, Endpoint, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams and Security. The remaining 20% is Azure focused, giving you exposure to Azure infrastructure, migrations, networking, virtual machines and hybrid cloud environments.
You don't need to be an expert in everything. They're looking for a strong M365 Consultant with some Azure capability and, importantly, the ambition to keep learning and developing.
The Technology
You'll work across areas including:
Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Windows Autopilot
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams / OneDrive
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft Purview
- Conditional Access / MFA
- Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations
- Quest Migration Manager
- ShareGate / MigrationWiz

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
