Microsoft Cloud Consultant – Azure / Microsoft 365
£45,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid Working (Hertfordshire / North West London)

Are you a Microsoft Cloud professional looking for the next step in your career? I’m working with a leading Microsoft-focused IT Solutions Provider and MSP that is continuing to invest heavily in its Cloud & Professional Services capability.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire two Microsoft Cloud Consultants:
- Azure Consultant
- Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace Consultant
You do not need to be an expert across both areas. We are looking for specialists within either Azure Infrastructure OR Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace.
These roles would suit technically strong Engineers or Consultants who already have good hands-on Microsoft experience and are looking for the opportunity to develop into highly skilled, customer-facing Cloud Consultants. You'll receive excellent training, mentoring, Microsoft certifications and exposure to a wide range of customer projects, with clear progression towards Senior Consultant and Solution Architect positions.
Azure Consultant
You'll ideally have experience across several of the following:
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure Virtual Machines
- Azure Networking / VNets
- Azure Storage
- Azure Backup & Site Recovery
- Azure Migrate
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Azure Landing Zones
- Azure Monitor / Log Analytics
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Azure Policy & Governance
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Hybrid Cloud
- PowerShell
- Terraform / Bicep
- Infrastructure as Code
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery
Experience delivering Azure migrations, implementations or transformation projects would be particularly valuable.

- Hybrid Identity
- Active Directory
Experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, tenant-to-tenant migrations or Modern Workplace transformation projects would be particularly valuable.
What We're Looking For
For either position, you'll ideally have:
- Strong hands-on Microsoft technical experience
- Experience implementing rather than purely supporting technology
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The confidence to work directly with customers
- A genuine passion for Microsoft Cloud technology
- A desire to continue learning and developing
- Ambition to progress into Senior Consultant or Solution Architect positions
Previous experience working for an IT Solutions Provider, MSP, Microsoft Partner or technology consultancy would be highly advantageous.
However, we're also interested in strong Engineers from internal IT environments who have the technical ability and personality to make the move into consultancy.

Any of the following would be beneficial:

- MS-102
- MD-102
- SC-300
- SC-200
- SC-100
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
