Join a Strategic Cloud Transformation Program

Join a strategic cloud transformation program for a leading international financial services organization operating across multiple markets. The engagement focuses on modernizing enterprise platforms and delivery capabilities through a large-scale cloud migration, bringing together multiple delivery partners within a complex governance structure.

Project Overview

You will become part of the Governance Squad responsible for leading and coordinating a large-scale AWS cloud migration programme across multiple workstreams and delivery vendors. The programme spans several years and involves modernization of enterprise platforms, migration of business-critical applications, establishment of cloud landing zones, platform engineering capabilities, governance processes, and migration operating models.

Working closely with client leadership, cloud architects, engineering teams, AWS representatives, and partner organizations, you will help ensure alignment across technical and business streams, drive programme governance, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and support executive decision-making. The role combines programme governance, stakeholder management, delivery coordination, and operational excellence in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery, project, or programme management within consulting or outsourcing environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex technical projects involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing delivery using Jira and Agile tooling.
  • Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and delivery planning sessions.
  • Strong experience managing RAID logs, action trackers, executive reporting, and programme documentation.
  • Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and enterprise delivery governance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both strategically with senior stakeholders and operationally with engineering teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
