£45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Cloud DevOps Engineer
Help Shape the Future of Our Cloud Platform
Are you passionate about cloud technology, automation, and building secure, scalable solutions? We're looking for a talented Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our established and growing Cloud DevOps team.
Working primarily within Microsoft Azure, you'll play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that underpins our applications and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies, influence best practice across development teams, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our cloud platform.
You'll be joining a collaborative, knowledgeable team where innovation, continuous improvement, and automation are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you'll help ensure our cloud environments are secure, reliable, and highly available while supporting teams across the business to maximise the value of Azure services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and deploying Azure resources through GitHub Actions.
- Monitoring and maintaining the health, performance, availability, and security of our cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Identifying, analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and cloud-based deployment issues.
- Working closely with development teams to investigate and resolve application and platform-related challenges.
- Advising and supporting developers on the effective use of cloud technologies and Azure best practices.
- Championing automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the cloud environment.
- Keeping up to date with emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
