Azure Cloud Engineer Location: UK-wide – Remote First Salary: Up to £50,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re working with a specialist Microsoft Solutions Partner looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join its growing delivery team.

This is a hands-on role working across customer Azure environments, supporting cloud migrations, infrastructure projects, automation, security and ongoing optimisation.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building, managing and optimising Azure environments
  • Supporting Azure migrations and modernisation projects
  • Implementing Azure Landing Zones and core platform services
  • Configuring Azure networking, identity, governance, monitoring and security
  • Managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM Templates
  • Supporting CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Troubleshooting Azure environments and working directly with customers

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have hands-on experience across:

  • Azure Compute, Storage and Networking
  • VNets, Peering, Private Endpoints, VPN / ExpressRoute
  • Azure Firewall, Load Balancers and Application Gateway
  • Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Backup and Site Recovery
  • Azure Migrate
  • Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell or Azure CLI
  • Git and CI/CD workflows

Experience within a Microsoft Partner, consultancy or MSP would be highly beneficial.

Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305 or AZ-400 are desirable but not essential.
