  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, preferably in web-based applications.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies including Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions to support Hackajob Ltd’s platform and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
  • Assist in the technical onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
  • Ensure all development work aligns with company standards and client requirements.
