- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in web-based applications.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies including Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions to support Hackajob Ltd’s platform and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
- Assist in the technical onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
- Ensure all development work aligns with company standards and client requirements.
