Qualifications

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other systems
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including preparing for interviews and negotiating offers
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing strategies and talent pools
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and improve overall service delivery
  • Participate in continuous training and development initiatives to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge
