About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic IT team supporting and developing our global platforms. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our IT infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring seamless operations and high availability of our services.
As a key member of the On-Premise and Cloud Operations team, you will be responsible for the daily operation, support, and optimisation of critical IT platforms. Your role will involve ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, tooling, and process enhancements. The ideal candidate will be a versatile engineer with a proactive approach, capable of supporting operational delivery while developing deep expertise in specific technology areas.

Qualifications
- Preferred experience using Citrix XenServer, Virtual Apps, and Desktops.
- Proven experience with Identity and Access technologies, such as Okta and Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as M365, AVD, and GCP.
- Experience using Exchange SE/Online and Cisco ESA is desirable.
- Commercial experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Understanding of Ivanti UWM.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation purposes.
- Experience with building access and monitoring technologies, including Net2 and CCTV systems.
Responsibilities
- Installing, managing, and monitoring highly available Citrix infrastructure to support business needs.
- Managing and monitoring email services, including Exchange Online and Cisco ESA, ensuring reliable communication channels.
- Overseeing identity and access management using Okta and Entra ID, maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Optimising and maintaining the M365 environment to meet operational requirements.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues across platforms and driving them to resolution efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining scripts to automate routine tasks, improving operational efficiency.
- Managing Group Policy and personalisation settings to ensure consistent user experience and security.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures, sharing knowledge effectively within the team.
- Monitoring system performance and security, implementing improvements to enhance stability and resilience.
