Job Title: Cloud Engineer
You bring the technical flavour. Together, we’ll build something reliable, scalable and future-ready. We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join us at our Support Centre in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in building and running our cloud infrastructure, helping shape how we use cloud services across the business.

What You’ll Bring
- You’ll bring solid experience and confidence in cloud engineering, alongside a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working within a cloud or DevOps team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies
- Proven experience with CI/CD deployments, pipelines and repositories
- Experience using scripting technologies to support automation
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, particularly Terraform
- The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with care and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reporting to the Head of Cloud Engineering, you’ll work closely with them and the wider team to:
- Build, operate and support cloud infrastructure across the business
- Champion the effective use of Azure cloud services
- Contribute to the IT and Infrastructure roadmap
- Support CI/CD processes and automation to improve reliability and efficiency
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Share knowledge and work collaboratively with colleagues across technology teams
