About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technology professionals across various sectors including software development, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud computing. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful placements. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technology recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong knowledge of current technology trends, tools, and platforms is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrate resilience, and adapt to changing priorities is vital. Additionally, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conducting detailed interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively
- Collaborating with your team to share market intelligence and develop innovative sourcing strategies
