Full Description
As a Cloud Engineer at Hiredbuddy, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of cloud computing who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior engineers to support our cloud environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Monitor cloud resources and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in the deployment of applications and services using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security.
- Create and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to recommend improvements.
- Support the migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Who You Are:

- You are a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in cloud computing or a related field.
- You have a strong desire to learn and are comfortable with basic cloud concepts.
- You are familiar with at least one major cloud provider and have some hands-on experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- You are a problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and working in a collaborative environment.
