About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various IT projects from initiation through completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of IT project management methodologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects that impact our clients’ success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in IT project management or coordination is highly desirable. Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello is preferred. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities
As an IT Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinating internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and change logs.
- Ensuring all project activities comply with organizational policies and quality standards.
- Facilitating communication between project teams, clients, and management to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Assisting in the evaluation and selection of vendors and technology solutions.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, issues, and risks.
- Supporting post-project review and lessons learned sessions to improve future project performance.
