Vivo are looking to recruit a Cloud Engineer into our client's business which will help to design, build and support their platform as they go through a period of modernization and replatforming.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll contribute hands-on to platform automation, reliability, security, and continuous improvement. It is an excellent opportunity for someone joining them to develop their skills across modern cloud and DevOps practices while taking increasing ownership of engineering.

It is a well-suited role for someone who has a good understanding of cloud engineering and wants to deepen their technical expertise and build towards greater technical responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do

Cloud Platform Engineering

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of our Azure cloud-native platform.
  • Apply best practices across cloud architecture, networking, security, reliability, and platform engineering.
  • Build scalable, secure, and automated cloud solutions using Azure services, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps tooling.
  • Work with senior engineers and architects on more complex technical designs and platform initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
