About The Role
The role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of connecting talent with opportunity. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred, with a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and sourcing candidates. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and business objectives.
- Identify, attract, and evaluate potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability and prepare them for client interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to advise clients effectively.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations.
