About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge to identify, attract, and place top-tier talent across multiple sectors. As a Recruitment Consultant at Oscar Associates, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, and facilitating the interview process. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or a related sales-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated success in achieving targets, managing multiple priorities, and building relationships with clients and candidates is highly valued. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools will be considered an advantage. A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset is crucial to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant at Oscar Associates, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a clear understanding of staffing requirements and organizational culture.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
