The senior technical owner of migration execution in your region.

You set the delivery standard, lead engineers on the ground, and are the technical counterpart to the PMO on every engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical delivery quality of managed migration engagements across your region.
  • Lead and mentor MMS Delivery Engineers; review approach, execution, and cutover readiness.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into executable migration plans and runbooks.
  • Run discovery and assessment, size migration waves, and validate source/target readiness.
  • Own hands-on execution of complex or high-risk migrations and cutovers.
  • Partner with the assigned Senior Project Manager on scope, timeline, and risk.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point during active migration events.
  • Drive repeatable delivery patterns and feed improvements back into tooling and playbooks.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or migration delivery, including a Senior/lead capacity.
  • Deep hands-on experience migrating workloads to and between AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or private cloud.
  • Strong Linux and Windows Server fundamentals, plus virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V); networking (VPNs, routing, firewalls, hybrid connectivity), storage, and OS internals.
  • Experience with migration tooling and cutover orchestration at enterprise scale.
  • Ability to lead a small delivery team and own outcomes end to end.
  • Clear communicator with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating independently across regional time zones.
