- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role
- Strong knowledge of current IT industry trends, technologies, and roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top IT talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the clients
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the process
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to advise clients effectively
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and promote VIQU IT Recruitment’s services
