Oracle SaaS Cloud Infrastructure Architect
Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract
Location: Reading (hybrid)
Contract Type: Day Rate (Inside IR35)
We're seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the infrastructure architecture workstream for a major Oracle Retail migration to Oracle Cloud (Oracle-hosted SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead all infrastructure aspects of the Oracle Retail cloud migration.
- Design and manage connectivity between customer environments and Oracle Cloud, including networking, VPNs, firewalls and hybrid connectivity.
- Define hosting and infrastructure requirements for Azure and on-premises components.
- Drive identity, authentication and security architecture, including SSO, IAM, identity federation and encryption.
- Ensure secure and performant integration between Azure-hosted services and Oracle SaaS platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and act as the key infrastructure architecture contact across the programme.

Required Experience
- Strong Azure infrastructure architecture experience.
- Deep knowledge of networking, cloud security and hybrid connectivity.
- Hands-on experience delivering hybrid cloud and enterprise integration architectures.
- Expertise in IAM, authentication, identity federation and security frameworks.
- Experience integrating large-scale SaaS platforms into enterprise environments.
- Oracle SaaS experience highly desirable, though candidates with SAP or other ERP SaaS migration experience will also be considered.
