In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our staff have the cutting-edge equipment, systems, and support needed to excel. Natterbox is a rapidly expanding technology company, and this position is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping people, solving complex IT challenges, and taking pride in managing well-organised, automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for all Natterbox staff, including PC and Mac setup, configuration, management, and maintenance.
- Install and configure laptops, software, and cloud applications.
- Assist with office networking, including WiFi and internet connectivity.
- Manage device security, including data privacy, antivirus, and anti-malware systems.
- Oversee mobile device management (MDM), including SIMs, phones, and tablets.
- Administer cloud-based services, primarily Google Workspace, Gemini, and other key business applications.
- Design, build, and manage automation and integration workflows between core business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) using tools like Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts.
- Utilise and integrate AI tools to enhance departmental and employee productivity.
- Develop and maintain user guides, help documents, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct staff training sessions and provide ongoing technical guidance.
- Manage internal asset registers, system logs, and other technical databases.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an IT support, development, or similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with PC and Mac hardware, operating systems, and their setup, configuration, and management.
- Demonstrable skills in providing technical assistance, support, and training to users of varying technical abilities.
- Experience using scripting, coding, or automation tools to integrate systems and improve processes.
- A strong understanding of information security best practices.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets with formulas and functions for data management and analysis.
- An "AI-first" approach to problem-solving, with experience using AI tools for research, coding, and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both human and AI audiences.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A natural curiosity and desire to understand, improve, and automate processes.
- Must have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK. Please note, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Desirable Attributes
- Professional certifications, such as Google Workspace Administrator.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Educated to A-Level standard or holding equivalent vocational qualifications (e.g., BTEC, IT apprenticeship) in a technical subject.
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with staff at all levels, from junior team members to senior executives.

Working Arrangements
- This role is predominantly office-based at our location in Oxted, Surrey, due to the hands-on nature of the responsibilities.
- Flexibility may be required on occasion to work outside of standard UK office hours to support our global team.

If your application is shortlisted, our structured interview process consists of the following four stages:
- A 20-minute introductory call with a member of our People Team to align on your background and the role.
- A technical conversation with our CIO focusing on your technical foundation and core IT support experience.
- A 40-minute live screen share covering live AI-assisted triage and real-time problem-solving.
- A 20-minute final call with a member of our Executive Team to discuss company alignment and strategic fit.
