Job Summary
We are recruiting for an experienced Cloud Platform Architect (Microsoft Azure) on behalf of Global Legal services client. This role is expected to lead the defining, designing and implementing Cloud and platform infrastructure strategy and evolution of enterprise cloud and infrastructure platforms within a global organisation. This role requires a strong blend of architecture leadership, cloud strategy, stakeholder management, and operational excellence, helping to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the organisation cloud platform roadmap
- Design scalable and secure cloud and infrastructure solutions
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders globally
- Guide technical delivery teams on architecture best practices
- Improve platform reliability, resilience and operational maturity
- Promote cost optimisation and governance across cloud services
Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure platform and cloud infrastructure architecture – defining technology strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure platforms
- At least 10 years experience working in IT Architecture and engineering and minimum 5 years working experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of IaC, Serverless, Containerisation, Networks, Information Security, AI and data as an Enterprise Cloud infrastructure delivery within Microsoft solutions.
- Ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of security, governance and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
