Cloud & Platform Solutions Architect
We're partnering with a growing organisation seeking a Cloud & Platform Solutions Architect to play a key role in shaping and evolving its technology environment.
This is an opportunity for an experienced architect to influence technology strategy, lead solution design across cloud and enterprise platforms, and drive modernisation initiatives that deliver real business value.
The Role
You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, providing architectural leadership across cloud, infrastructure, security and enterprise applications. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help define future-state architecture while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern cloud, platform and infrastructure solutions
- Develop technology roadmaps, standards and architectural principles
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical designs
- Provide architectural oversight across transformation and change programmes
- Drive technology modernisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and senior business stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Enterprise Architect or similar role
- Strong Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud expertise
- Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience within regulated environments such as banking or financial services
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification
- Ideally Microsoft 365 and endpoint management experience
- Ideally Dynamics 365 or enterprise application architecture exposure
