Cloud Security Engineer
An innovative organisation in the technology sector is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the information security of the business by designing and building resilient and secure cloud environments that proactively prevent security threats.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and build resilient cloud infrastructures protected against security threats.
- Develop and assess security solutions to secure systems, databases, and networks.
- Monitor and analyze logs and perform vulnerability assessments to gain insight into security incidents.
- Shape security policies, procedures, and standards for use in cloud environments.
- Implement and test disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Information Security with a focus on cloud security.
- Deep technical knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and associated services like IAM, VPC, and GuardDuty.
- BSc/MSc in Information Security or a related technical field.
- Clear understanding of current threats to cloud infrastructure and advanced knowledge of securing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously within a team.
