We have an opportunity for an experienced Cloud Service Delivery Manager to join our London-based team. In this role, you’ll work with clients to set service direction, deliver reliable cloud services, and ensure internal and client SLAs are met. As a trusted advisor, you’ll support the managed service contract definition and renewals, while helping win new client business. You’ll also improve service maturity across the team, working with senior stakeholders to grow managed services as a true line of business.

Other key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee technical service delivery and lead BAU transitions smoothly.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
- Lead technical teams and continuously improve how we deliver services.
- Troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and drive growth
This is a senior-level opportunity and is well suited to an individual who has demonstrated experience across technology operations, engineering service delivery, infrastructure, or program management. Key to your success in this role will be your prior experience in service introduction and readiness. Other key attributes include:
- Strong business acumen, with confidence to negotiate with stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration skills across teams and working boundaries
- Proven experience handling front-line client escalations and/or client support responsibilities
- Strong time management skills, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and prioritising work requests
- Producing clear, accurate documentation with great attention to detail
- Demonstrated success improving processes to increase efficiency

ITIL certifications and knowledge of AWS common tools (EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53) would also be highly regarded.
