ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Cloud Systems Specialist supports the day-to-day operation and development of IT services across Inspecs Ltd's UK sites and Microsoft 365 environment. Reporting to the Head of IT & Cybersecurity, the role is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining cloud services and business systems, and helping to ensure the stability, security and performance of IT infrastructure across the organisation.

Salary: ÂŁ33,000 - ÂŁ37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Bath, with occasional travel to Trowbridge and Halesowen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide 1st-3rd line support for Service Desk tickets, ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Implement, configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions and business applications.
- Deploy and upgrade systems and software to support business requirements.
- Administer user accounts, devices and access controls, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Monitor system availability and performance, resolving issues and escalating where appropriate.
- Support disaster recovery testing and contribute to business continuity planning.
- Maintain IT security, compliance and governance standards.
- Produce regular reporting on system performance, incidents and service improvements.
- Work with external suppliers and technology partners to support service delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
Essential Requirements
- 2-3 years of 1st line IT support experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and other cloud/SaaS solutions
- Experience administering user accounts, access control, and devices, including onboarding and offboarding
- Ability to work well independently, prioritising and managing own workload across competing demands
Desirable Requirements
- Exposure to Active Directory / Entra ID administration
- Experience using a ticketing/ITSM system
- Industry certification such as CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft MS-900, or working towards one
- Familiar with the use of AI Tools (preferably MS Copilot)
