Role Summary & Purpose
As a Caller Experience Architect (CXA), you'll consult with clients to design and implement intelligent caller experiences using cloud telephony (UCaaS), automation and AI-powered technologies. You'll work with clients to understand their business objectives before designing solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business value.
From intelligent call routing and conversational AI to traditional IVR design and cloud telephony implementation, you'll advise clients on the most effective technology for their needs. You'll present end-to-end solutions, create detailed call flow maps, and act as the client's trusted technical consultant throughout delivery—from discovery and design through to implementation, testing and go-live.
You'll be responsible for implementing your own solutions, ensuring projects are delivered accurately through a structured testing process that guarantees a seamless customer experience. You'll also contribute to the evolution of our AI and UCaaS offerings by identifying opportunities for innovation, sharing technical knowledge and supporting colleagues with complex implementations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
