Clouded Leopard Trainer EMEA (m/f/d)

As a Clouded Leopard Trainer EMEA (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting the successful rollout of IDEXX’s new laboratory information management system (LIMS) ecosystem across international locations. Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will partner with colleagues across Europe, North America, and APO to design, develop, and deliver training programs that help laboratory teams confidently adopt new technologies and processes. We are looking for an experienced laboratory professional who is passionate about sharing knowledge and gaining exposure to a variety of laboratory departments and locations.

This is a virtual position, starting on 1 August 2026. European and international travel will be required to support training delivery, go-live activities, and hyper care support at laboratory sites.

Why this Role Matters

As IDEXX continues to invest in advanced laboratory technologies and systems, it is critical to ensure our laboratory teams have the knowledge and skills to use these tools effectively. You will drive successful system adoption through training, on-site support, and knowledge sharing, helping laboratory teams navigate change while maintaining operational excellence across our global laboratory network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
